The Ocelot 480 combines a 480×360 VOx thermal sensor, 12μm pixel pitch, and a 35mm lens to reveal heat signatures when visible light is limited. Its 800×800 circular IPS display and 100mm eye relief provide a familiar scope-style viewing experience.
Built for Nighttime Hog Hunting and Rural Field Use
Use Ocelot to scan open ground, pasture edges, and field margins for hog activity after dark. Thermal imaging helps distinguish heat signatures from the surrounding terrain without relying on visible illumination.
Where Ocelot Excels
Ocelot is particularly useful for locating and following heat signatures across open terrain at night. A 50Hz refresh rate supports responsive viewing, while Picture-in-Picture mode enlarges the aiming area and retains the surrounding scene.
An aluminum alloy housing and IP67 protection support outdoor field use. Detection does not by itself confirm species or a safe shot; visibility and recognizable detail depend on distance, weather, temperature contrast, and obstructions.
